Here’s what to expect:

What to Expect

Every outing with Mālama Connections is more than just a ride — it’s time shared, errands made easier, and aloha woven into the everyday. Whether we’re heading to the store, walking to an appointment, or enjoying a cup of coffee, we’re here to make life feel a little lighter and more connected.

Step 1: Fill Out the Intake Form

Start by completing our quick Intake Form. It helps us get to know your needs, preferences, and how we can best support your outings.

Step 2: We’ll Follow Up

After reviewing your form, we’ll reach out to confirm your availability and discuss the details — when you’d like to go out, where, and if you’d like to bring a friend along. We offer flexible scheduling and optional add-ons like a family text update or meal stop.

Step 3: Your Mālama Outing

We arrive ready to help — with a ride, a smile, and extra hands if needed. Whether we’re walking alongside you, helping carry groceries, or sharing conversation over lunch, we’re here to make each moment feel personal and cared for.

Step 4: Drop-Off & Wrap-Up

After your outing, we’ll bring you home and help carry your bags inside if needed.

All payments are prearranged unless additional time or stops are added, which we’ll settle at drop-off.

Note:

Mālama Connections is a non-medical service. Clients must be able to walk on their own.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

— 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)
